Returns policy

All sales are final on items discounted more than 10%. Vintage and antique items will always have some degree of wear and are sold "as is", which should be taken into consideration regarding handmade items, as well, as they are made from vintage and antique parts. Please read the descriptions thoroughly and look at all the photos provided, and be sure to take note of measurements. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for refund or exchange. Items returned for a refund must be undamaged and in original packaging unless box is damaged. As long as linens are protected by plastic, like a plastic bag, they don't have to be in original plastic and tissue wrap, and organic lavender sachets can be kept. If items are damaged upon return as the result of improper packaging, damage amount will be deducted from refund. Items can also be exchanged for another, equal value item or store credit (if item values differ, I or the buyer can make up the difference with a refund/payment). Exchanges must be made within 10 business days of receipt of product. Please email 48 hours in advance. Items purchased with store credit cannot be returned for a refund, but can be exchanged.

I package all items very carefully according to USPS standards, and all items are insured for the full purchase price. If your purchase is lost or damaged during shipping, I can guide you in initiating a claim. You will need to provide photos of packaging and product. I can also replace parts damaged in some cases.

*Please note that items cannot be returned for exchange or refund after 30 days. It is therefore very important to open your shipment and examine immediately upon receipt. Light fixtures that have been moved to a different address after shipment to the original cannot be returned due to damage discovered after relocating.
