This bedspread reminds me of a motel I used to stay in in Winnemucca that hadn't changed its decor since the 1960s. It was a gold mine. These quilted bedspreads are still around, but never have I seen one in mint condition - usually they are well worn. The color is as vibrant as if it was made yesterday, in an iridescent variegated peacock green/blue with a matte satin finish. The lining is light muslin and is still crisp, and there is no batting so it's fairly lightweight. This is a very popular color and the photos don't do it justice. Permanent press, no iron. Photographed on a king mattress, but this is intended for a full sized bed.
